What vaccinations does my dog need?
Your dog must have valid vaccination against rabies and other infectious diseases, along with regular protection against internal and external parasites (fleas, ticks and similar).
Is an introduction needed before the first stay?
Yes. A dog coming for the first time must come in for an introduction before the stay, during which we assess their socialization with people and other dogs.
What should I bring for my dog?
Owners bring their dog's food for the stay, along with the dog's passport/documentation.
Can I visit my dog during the stay?
Owner visits during the dog's stay are not allowed.
How are drop-off and pickup arranged?
Drop-off and pickup happen at a previously arranged time. If an owner is late, they may be asked to wait until current activities are finished.
Do you accept every dog?
No. We can't accept dogs that show aggression or a level of stress that would prevent our staff from working with them safely.
What happens if my dog gets sick during the stay?
If we notice a health issue, veterinary care may be arranged. Veterinary, transport and any extended-treatment costs are covered by the owner.
Do you accept female dogs in heat?
We don't accept female dogs in heat, and admission may also be declined if a dog could enter heat during the stay.
How does the reservation and deposit work?
A reservation is confirmed with a deposit. The deposit is generally non-refundable if you cancel, except in cases like sudden illness of the dog or owner, a family tragedy, or similar force-majeure circumstances.
Who can pick up my dog?
Your dog can be dropped off or picked up by the owner listed in the passport, or by someone with the owner's written authorization.
